In politics, you blame your predecessor over and over. Howeer, Pres BO has taken this to an unpredented level.
What does all of this "blame Bush" mean? Is he trying to persuade independents that he inherited this mess from Pres Bush?
First, I think that it has a lot to do with energizing his base. Every poll shows that Republicans are more enthusiastic than Dems. We certainly saw that in Massachusetts, Virginia and New Jersey!
Second, I agree with Peter Wehner:
"In 18 months they appear to have developed deep grievances and an increasing unhappiness and frustration with the duties of governing."
Yes, it's tough to govern. Just read about the 43 men who had the job before!
