Why is the new media booming?

On Tuesday night, we spoke with Matt Armstrong of Resolute Media in Texas.

Matt is part of a movement, a group of people who do not trust what we've come to know as "the mainstream media."

Why don't people trust the media anymore? Let's look at a few examples:

1) Remember the Rev Wright-BO connection? Remember how the media "overlooked" this story?

Today we read this: Documents show media plotting to kill stories about Rev. Jeremiah Wright

Are you saying that some in the media were trying to protect candidate BO from his relationship with a racist minister, and religious mentor, who unleashed shameful attacks on Jews and whites?

2) What about the total silence from the media about the Black Panthers' story?

3) Remember ACORN?

4) What about the mainstream media's propensity for jumping on any story that accuses a tea party member of racism BUT totally overlooking the "Bush is Hitler" signs at the anti-war marches?

Resolute Media is what happens when the news media talks to itself 24/7....and does not report anything that the public wants to read or watch.

Don't take my word for any of this.

Has anybody seen MSNBC or CNN's ratings?

Have you noticed how The NY Times keeps losing readers?

The new media is here because the old media is failing us.
