What's going on?
First, Hispanos are not stupid. They understand that Pres BO and the Democrats run the federal government.
It's really getting boring to hear a president with a congressional majority blame Republicans!
Why can't a President with a congressional majority get a bill debated in Congress?
The answer is simple: Pres BO & the Dems don't want to touch immigration reform!
I agree with Ruben Navarrette: Pres BO will learn soon that "hispanos" are not automatic votes!
