BO's administration is afraid to meddle in Iran but has not hesitated to stick its nose in Honduras.
In fact, BO has created a mess down in Honduras.
"Mr. Zelaya was deposed and deported this summer after he agitated street protests to support a rewrite of the Honduran constitution so he could serve a second term.
The constitution strictly prohibits a change in the term-limits provision. On multiple occasions he was warned to desist, and on June 28 the Supreme Court ordered his arrest.
Every major Honduran institution supported the move, even members in Congress of his own political party, the Catholic Church and the country's human rights ombudsman."
Everybody supported the change inside Honduras.....except for Hugo Chavez and Daniel Ortega!
Incredibly, the US sided with Castro and Ortega, the same Ortega who delivered an hour long anti-US rant in front of BO a few months ago! It probably reminded BO of a Rev Wright sermon!
I can't think of a previous example where the US president agreed with Chavez and Ortega over a country enforcing its constitution!
According to Mary O'Grady:
"Hondurans are worried about what this pressure is doing to their country.
Mr. Zelaya's violent supporters are emboldened by the U.S. position.
They deface some homes and shops with graffiti and throw stones and home-made bombs into others, and whenever the police try to stop them, they howl about their "human rights.""
Once again, BO's foreign policy makes no sense, unless you agree with Hugo Chavez and want to turn Honduras into another piece of Hugo-landia!
