What "genius" at the BO White House came up with one?

Let's give Pres BO the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Let's assume that Pres BO did not approve the infamous flag@whitehouse.gov!

By the way, you are free to forward them my blog. I would be flattered to end up in BO's enemies' list! I like Rick Moran: ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS TO MAKE OBAMA’S ENEMIES LIST!

My question again: What were they thinking over at The White House?

First of all, it may be illegal.

Judge Andrew Napolitano, a FOX News analyst, said this:

"There's also a statute that requires the White House to retain all communications that it receives. It can't try to rewrite history by pretending it didn't receive anything," he said.

"If the White House deletes anything, it violates one statute. If the White House collects data on the free speech, it violates another statute."

Napolitano was referring to the Privacy Act of 1974, which was passed after the Nixon administration used federal agencies to illegally investigate individuals for political purposes.

Enacted after Richard Nixon's resignation in the Watergate scandal, the statute generally prohibits any federal agency from maintaining records on individuals exercising their right to free speech."

Again, very bad idea!

There is more:

"Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) sent a letter to President Obama on Wednesday to express his concern about "a new White House program to monitor American citizens' speech opposing your health care policies." (FOX)

Beyond the law, it makes no sense and has turned into another PR nightmare for a president who has not recovered from the "stupid police" incident!

How do you defeat misinformation?

You fight back with information!

Unfortunately for Pres BO's health care proposal, most Dems have not read or understand it. Therefore, they are incapable of answering basic questions.

Unfortunately again, Pres BO's proposal is not popular. According to the Quinnipiac poll, 52 percent disapprove of BO's handling of the issue while 39 percent approve.

Here is the bottom line: the opposition is real.

BO's opposition does not need a "ride" to get over to the town hall meeting.

Let's hope that Pres BO kills this "flag e-mail" idea.

Again, a bad and stupid idea!
