On behalf of the three of us, our spouses and those pesky 9 grandchildren, we wish our parents another very happy wedding anniversary.
My parents tell me that this is a honeymoon photo. They went to Manzanillo (eastern Cuba) and had a great time.
My mom and dad are also big fans of Ernesto Lecuona, the great Cuban composer of their generation. Lecuona wrote so many songs, from "Andalucia" to "La Comparsa" to "Noche Azul" to "Malaguena" to "Maria la O" and "Siboney".
So let's remember their anniversary with Lecuona's "Siempre en mi corazon":
