VP Cheney has been consistent on his same sex marriage position since the 2000 election. He did not change his position even though most Republicans disagree with him. (I do!)
Pres BO has had two postions on same sex marriage.
In 1996, when he was an unknown national figure and running in a left wing district, he said this: Obama once backed full gay marriage!
In 2008, he changed his mind because he was running for president.
