"Hope and change" goes very soft on Iran!

We don't know what happened in Iran.

Who won what and how much? Who counted votes?

I don't trust thugs! My feeling is that the Iranian authorities stole the election!

I agree with The Wash Post: Neither Free nor Fair

We do know that the regime is firing at demonstrators and shutting down telephones.

Sooner or later, Pres BO needs to line up with reformers. Frankly, what's he waiting for?

"“We can inspire and invite other people to assert their freedoms;

...we can speak out on behalf of local leaders whose rights are violated;

and we can apply economic and diplomatic pressure to those who repeatedly violate the rights of their own people.”

Why did Pres BO make such soft remarks yesterday?

We are not suggesting that the US inject itself in another country's election. We shouldn't pick winners or losers!

We are simply calling on Pres BO to stand with those who believe in "change" and honest elections!

The world is watching and Pres BO is talking about waiting for the guys who stole the election to investigate the election. What kind of investigation does Pres BO think will happen in Iran? We think that Pres BO is passing up the best opportunity to reform Iran in 30 years!

"Now more than ever, President Obama must not appear over eager to engage Iran after what may turn out to have been a rigged election.

Unless Iranian fury touches off sustained nation-wide protests that destabilize the 30-year old Islamic regime — an unlikely scenario since the mullahs and the military have the guns –- Obama will find his administration engaging a regime whose duly, or unduly elected president holds views that the president himself, in his now-famous Cairo speech to Muslims called “baseless,” “ignorant,” and “hateful.”"

Where is that "hope and change" speech when we really need it?
