BO has been reversing a lot of them lately, from GITMO to Iraq.
Apparently, BO promised Michelle to take her to NYC for a show & dinner.
Great. Why didn't they do it during the transition period?
Also, isn't there a good show & restaurant in DC?
It's obscene for Pres & Mrs BO to spend $24,000 to have a date in NY.
