Pres BO's second trip to Europe is about as good as the first trip to Europe:
1) No one is sending troops to Afghanistan; and,
2) Nobody wants GITMO detainees.
What's the tangible difference between Bush and Obama? How is BO's popularity changing how the Euros support US policy?
I don't see any.
