
Remember the stimulus plan that had to be passed immediately? Remember all of the nonsense about passing the plan now?
Well, it's not working well.
The Washington Examiner has a great editorial: Obama’s plan stimulates the deficit, not the economy:
"Since the $787 billion spending measure was approved, 1.2 million Americans have lost their jobs and unemployment has ratcheted up to 8.9 percent – the highest it’s been since 1983.
Unemployment is beyond even what President Barack Obama’s own economic advisors predicted it would be with no recovery plan – and definitely not what Americans were told to expect."
