We are still furious that Pres Obama sat there and did not challenge Daniel Ortega's irrational anti-US rant.

Unfortunately, our president must have felt right at home during Ortega's rants. It must have reminded him of one of Rev Wright's sermons!

We have said for years that blaming the US is the Latin American left's "pasatiempo".
It's a lot easier to blame the US than to admit that populist polices have not worked.
It's a lot easier to blame the US than to admit that PEMEX is a disaster and that agrarian reform has failed up and down the continent.
Again, thank you Pres Arias. It's nice to hear a sensible statement from Latin America.
