In previous posts, we've complemented Mrs. Obama's elegance on the Euro stage.
Add Mrs. Sarkozy, a.k.a. Carla, and you have a couple of nice looking ladies who can accomplish some good deeds on behalf of the less fortunate.
Unfortunately, the "youth of Paris" did not allow Mrs Obama or Mrs Sarkozy to visit a cancer center.
According to news reports: First Ladies including Michelle Obama and Carla Bruni have been forced to cancel a visit to a cancer hospice as widespread rioting marred the Nato summit in Strasbourg
Euro-land is one gigantic "Twilight Zone" these days. There are anarchists in the streets:
"Cars and wheelie bins were set on fire in Strasbourg , as police vehicles including armoured cars came under constant attack.
When they were held back by officers using tear gas and baton charges, the mob set up makeshift barricades using timber and concrete blocks from local building sites."
However, I don't get it.
Wasn't all of that supposed to end when Bush was replaced by the enlightened Eur-O-Bama!
