Last week, we saw adults engage in a fairy tale, the story of Pres Obama in Europe.
We saw mindless hysteria and immaturity.
It's a shame that so many will be dealing with disillusionment soon.
Do you get the feeling that Euro-land is desperately looking for a savior? They can't defend themselves so they hate the US because we literally protect them.
The populations are getting older. Birth rates are dangerously low!

As a practical matter, he didn't get anything: The Euros are not sending combat troops to Afghanistan.
We spent an entire campaign season hearing that BO would repair the US-Euro relationship.
They love him indeed but not enough to send combat troops to Afghanistan.
Love without troops is just as worthless as hatred without troops!
