Are we watching The Twilight Zone or what?
Pres Obama is doing "stem cell" today. (Ed: "This decision places politics ahead of science")
The markets are still down:
"The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 79.89 points, or 1.21%, to 6547.05, the S&P 500 lost 6.85 points, or 1.00%, to 676.53 and the Nasdaq Composite sank 25.21 points, or 1.95%, to 1268.64." (FOX)
Sec Geithner can't staff key positions over at Treasury.
"In the six weeks since Mr. Geithner took over as Treasury secretary, he and a skeleton crew of unofficial senior advisers have been racing to make decisions that will shape the future of the banking, insurance, housing and automobile industries." (NYT)
Here is the problem: Sec Geither has the most important job in Pres Obama's Cabinet.
Why is Pres Obama's Cabinet in this kind of shape? Where are this administration's priorities?
