What's this garbage about "proportional response?"

Here is my definition of proportional response: You hit my kid and I will beat the crap out of you!

Here is Hamas' definition: We get to kill your children but you can't defend yourself!

Here is Hamas' # 2 definition: We kill your children but you must go to the UN to defend yourself.

Another UN resolution? Just like the 17 that Saddam Hussein violated from 1991 to 2003?

Sorry. I don't buy it!

Once again, The NY Times is diving into some black hole.

"The New York Times coverage of the conflict between Israel and its adversaries has been execrable (as it has been for many other areas-politics among them).

The paper routinely ignored the thousands of missiles flying into Israel ever since Israel left the Gaza Strip;

the preaching and teaching of hate;

the oppressions of women and Christians in the Gaza Strip, and many other aspects of Hamas that might reflect badly on them.

The paper reaches at least a new short term low in today’s lead editorial on the actions Israel is taking to stop the barrage of missiles
that is tantamount to aerial terror."

Shame on The NY Times! They are gradually going out of business. This is not going to help them with the large Jewish population in New York!

Here is the bottom line: Israel has gone out of its way to prevent civilian deaths.

In fact, Israel could turn Gaza into the moon surface in one day.

They could blow up every Hamas militant by just dropping those massive bombs for hours.

Israel has not done that. Instead, Israel has used care to prevent civilian deaths.

At some point, nations, like families, have to defend themselves.

Again, hit my kid and I will beat the crap out of you!
