We will regret another "domestic election"!
We saw this movie in 1976 and 1992.
It's called the "domestic election" movie.
It goes like this:
1) Everything about the US economy is horrible and terrible! You must change because any change is better than we have;
2) The Republicans don't care about "little people" because they just want to project American power and cut taxes for the rich; and,
3) The world hates the US. Therefore , we must vote Dem to restore our image abroad. After all, only a Dem can get the world to like us again! I guess that it's all about being loved for the Dems!
Go back to 1976 and 1992. It was the message back then!
The Dems have nothing new to offer. It's the same old worn out class warfare!
Biden is right. Our new president is usually tested, sometimes on purpose or sometimes the stuff just comes out of nowhere.
I love this from Captain Pete Hegseth, who served in Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division from 2005 to 2006, is chairman of Vets for Freedom:
"Why didn’t Biden suggest the same would hold true for a McCain administration?
The answer is obvious, and hugely important.Biden knows — as should voters — that our enemies see Barack Obama as a more accommodating, and weaker, foe.
Unfriendly regimes and networks — from oil-rich dictators to radical Islamists — will seek to exploit a tepid American foreign policy.
Biden knows Obama’s “peace through engagement” policy will invite attacks, not deter them."
Again, it's hard to know what motivated Biden to make a statement like this. Nevertheless, it's the best case against Obama. In fact, it's such a strong case that we suspect that Biden has flipped to our side!
