Over the years, I have come to love Walter Williams' articles. His latest one is timely, specially after watching the last Dems' debate:
"What about any suggestion the burden of taxes have been shifted to the poor?
The bottom 50 percent, earning $30,000 or less, paid 3 percent of total federal income taxes. In 1999, it paid 4 percent.
Members of Congress know all this, but they attempt to hoodwink the average American who doesn't." (Class warfare chicanery)
The entire Dems' economic platform is based on a lie. Tax the rich and you will destroy the middle class!
Beyond that, Dr. Williams's article is a warning for those who pay taxes and want to preserve our prosperity.
