In my last post, I wrote that there is a huge disconnect between the public and the politicians on immigration. (Few marchers but voters can't stop talking about immigration in Iowa)
Rasmussen Reports confirms all of this:
"The overall results are essentially unchanged from attitudes measured a year ago. They are consistent with the general public view that it doesn't make sense to debate new immigration laws until we can first control our borders and enforce existing laws." (Poll: Americans Still See Controlling the Borders as Top Immigration Concern)
What does it mean? It means that the politicians of both parties need to listen to the public or they won't be reelected!

Republicans are supporting the business lobby that gets them reelected.
Democrats can't get a majority of the majority white vote so must depend on an increasing minority vote to keep them in power so they seek to dilute the white vote with illegals and others from non-Western countries.
There is also a healthy dose of white guilt in there for the Lefties.
Ted Kennedy led this charge back in the 60's and is out front again trying to destroy this nation.
